What’s more, we will recommend the top vendors in the area and coordinate all meetings, contractual agreements, and even manage your rehearsal dinner. Anything and everything you need is at your fingertips and is completely customized to your individual needs.

Sapphire Package

In today’s society, couples are just too busy to dedicate the time it takes to make the necessary plans that will help ensure their special day is unforgettable. That’s where we come in. The Planit4u Events Sapphire Package has been designed to allow our professional event planners to step in when things become overwhelming. We take the vision of the bride and groom and help to polish all pre-planned activities and vendors. We will coordinate all aspects of your wedding day and guarantee to make your big day just as you imagined.

The Planit4u Events Sapphire package takes what the bride and groom has already planned and helps to assure their day is just as they envision. Our experienced staff will take a hands-on approach to tie up any loose ends and will provide day of support and coordination.

Topaz Package

Our unique Planit4u Events Topaz Package is for the bride and groom that have completed all of their arrangements, preparation and scheduling, but need assistance executing their wedding day affairs. This package allows wedding couples the option to be free of all of the day-of activities. We step in to be on hand to help coordinate all activities with your vendors so you can focus on your big day without the stress.

A La Cart Package

Hourly consultation is available to clients that only need help in particular areas such as budget planning, vendor selection, ceremony planning, creating a wedding/reception itinerary, etc.
